Erwlon is a family run park with a warm welcome and excellent new facilities, including a heated amenity block, family rooms, laundry, super pitches, a motor caravan service point and plenty of landscaped pitches available.

Within easy walking distance of the ancient borough of Llandovery and at the foothills of the Brecon Beacons, Erwlon is an ideal base for touring, walking or cycling in southwest Wales and they have a number of circular tours you can follow to take in the beautiful countryside on your way. Alternatively you can just sit outside and watch the red kites fly overhead, spot the kingfisher along the river bank or even snatch a glimpse of a wild mink.

They pride themselves on their friendly welcome and they have been running the park alongside their dairy form for three generations now.

    • Franchis Holiday Park 4

Franchis lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, between farm and woodland, just a couple of minutes’ drive from Mullion and 5 miles from Helston. It is well placed for visiting all of West Cornwall, with Penzance and Falmouth about 13 miles away and St Ives just 18 miles away.

The park is close to the rugged coast and numerous sandy coves, yet a few miles east you’ll find the beautiful valleys and estuaries of the Helford. If you like walking, then you’ll love the coast path and, as they also accept dogs, the whole family will be able to enjoy the scenery.

With a David Bellamy Conservation Award, they do all they can to promote wildlife, therefore there is no outside lighting. You’ll love the starry nights, watching the bats and owls flit about at dusk and you may even hear the snuffle of the odd badger going foraging, but we do recommend that you bring a torch.

Cheap low season tarrifs with the ACSI card are available.
